This hotel is exceptional! The room was spacious and beautifully designed. Our terrace overlooked the pool area, and the bed was large, spacious, and very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious, and I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. We also tried the spa, which was incredibly relaxing. The therapists were kind, and we had a wonderful massage that made for a very relaxing evening. I especially loved the rooftop pool—it was amazing! It overlooks the beach, making it the perfect place to unwind and swim. The staff were kind and very helpful. The concierge, Bus, was particularly exceptional—so helpful, kind, and funny! He assisted us during check-out and helped load our bags into the taxi. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

staff were very friendly and helpful, they actively assisted us in looking out for our drivers who came to get us for our day activities. hotel had many activities planned daily, which was really thoughtful, and we sometimes had a bonus snack from the restaurant at midday! hotel rooms were kept impeccably clean and tidy. hotel also had towels that we could loan for a day trip out, and these came in useful for water activities. buffet spread for breakfast was quite varied and catered many cuisines, but we only had it for one day - we frequently headed out for food as it was really near convenience shops (7-11), food places (was really near macdonalds and starbucks for the international crowd) and the supermarket (mother marche). great location!

The highlight for us was the expansive and stunning swimming pool – a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Our rooms were a true delight, impeccably clean, well-decorated, spacious, with a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the lush green cliffs, sparkling sea, and the inviting swimming pool.

A clean room with a comfortable (firm) bed. Very clean. 3 bottles of water provided each day. Loved the shower, good water pressure and very hot. Excellent swimming pool and the pool towels were of a great quality. I enjoyed the amount of shade by the pool. Lifts and ramps made dealing with my heavy suitcase easy. Breakfast was fantastic - strong pastry selection. Quiet on most night despite being in a busy part of town. (A good location.) A little noise on one night. (But there was construction during the day next door.)

The balcony looked over the pool below, the cliff on the foreground and of course the ocean in the distance. The breakfast was good, but the choices can be increased to a little. Don't visit the Indian section, it's not good, the rest was okay. The location was also good with Starbucks, McDonald's and a 7 11 right across the street. The experience has been worth savouring.
